Tour Conditions
Motorcoach tours include round trip transportation via deluxe equipped motorcoaches, air conditioning, sound system and videos, when available. Also, included are accommodations, meals, attractions, sightseeing, tax and gratuities as stated on individual tours. Prices quoted are based on a minimum of 40 paying passengers per motorcoach. In the event a group falls short of 40 passengers per coach, Rose Tours and Travel reserves the right to add a surcharge for empty bus seats or cancel the tour for lack of sufficient participation. All deposits and information relating to the tour will be between Rose Tours & Travel and the group leader who must in turn forward proper deposits and balances to Rose Tours & Travel according to the contract. Reservations will be confirmed in order of receipt of final rooming list and final payment. Final payment must be in the form of cash or money order. No PERSONAL CHECKS unless it is a certified check.

Minimum Age and Alcoholic Beverage Requirements
Proper I.D. including picture must be available in order to participate in functions involving alcoholic beverages.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits and forfeit dates are stated on all contracts.


Responsibility
Rose Tours & Travel acts solely in the capacity of agent on behalf of its tour patrons in arranging transportation, lodging and other services, and as such is not responsible for damage, loss, delay, injury, accidents or other claims due to any act or default on the part of any company, entity or person engaged in providing transportation, lodging and other services which are part of the tour. The organizer of the trip is not an employee, workman, representative or agent of Rose Tours & Travel and acts solely as a representative for the group. Rose Tours & Travel expressly reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to withdraw any tour or to make changes in the tour, with or without notice, including transportation, accommodations, location and/or destination. It is the group leaderís responsibility to endorse that the group participants know the policies governing the tour as well as the tour inclusions set forth herein and as otherwise represented by Rose Tours & Travel. In the event of inclement weather or other adverse weather conditions, causes or events beyond the control of Rose Tours & Travel which cause delays or any other inconveniences, Rose Tours & Travel shall not be responsible to pay for resulting costs and expenses to the group including additional lodging, meals or other incidental and/or consequential damages. Payment of additional services must be made by the group directly to the appropriate parties involved. No refunds will be paid to individual groups who may elect to cancel prior to tour completion.
DRIVER AND GUIDE TIPS ARE NOT INCLUDED.

International Travel
By motorcoach, air or sea requires proof of citizenship such as a passport or original birth certificate plus picture I.D.

Insurance
Insurance is strongly suggested to safeguard your investment. Baggage, accident, health, as well as trip cancellation/interruption insurance is available to protect you and said insurance must be purchased by you at least 30 days prior to your departure date. Any tour in the brochure can be customized to your groupís specifications.
